Seafood lovers will find different possibilities in the region. Indeed, you can collect oysters on the beach. But take care, it can be tricky. Depending on the season, an oyster-farmer sells oysters, clam shells and mussels directly on the Pointe du Château.

The crêperies in Daoulas will spoil all gourmets, either for lunch, a snack or for dinner and can be enjoyed with an excellent bottle of local cider.

Sunday market in Daoulas : the market takes place every Sunday morning in Daoulas. You can find vegetables, meet, fish, and local products.

Chapelle Saint-Jean du XVII siècle

Even though they can't be visited, we would like to invite you to discover the Chapel St-Jean Baptiste of XVIIth century situated less than 1 km from the cottages. Its fountain dates to the year 1644. You can also discover the Gothic style Chapel Ste Marguerite, situated on the road to Hôpital-Camfrout. It possesses an elegant steeple in renaissance style and a beautiful fountain dug into one of the façades. You'll also find a statue dedicated to Sainte-Marguerite.

Also worth visiting is the old house which once belonged to the castle of Romorduc in Logonna.

The Abbey of Daoulas situated a few kilometres from the cottages, proposes excellent temporary exhibits every year. This year you will discover "Berber Worlds" (from 16th May to 4th January 2009).

Costal pathes.

Sentier côtier

Two splendid coastal pathes more than 18 km long are your's to discover in Logonna-Daoulas. You can either take the path starting in Anse du Yélen to Bendy or you can take the path going from Anse du Yélen to Moulin-Mer.

Visit of the islands.

You can visit the Island Molène and the Island of Ouessant - departure possible from Brest or le Conquet.
